Co-Founder & General Manager of Uncut, Nishta holds a Diploma in Digital Marketing, from the Digital Marketing Institute, a BA Hons in Business Management from the University of Glamorgan and a Master’s in Marketing from the University of Wales, UK.
Once back to Mauritius, she landed herself in the Media & Advertising Industry, fell in love with it and since then there has been no turning back. Sales and Marketing have become her core competences over time.
She has been one of the founding members of the first media agency in Mauritius, Touch Point nurturing local and international brands in varied industries like the FMCG, Education, Banking & Finance, Telecommunications, Airline and many more.
After being headhunted to work for Harel Mallac, she then seized an opportunity and rose to the challenge of establishing Uncut, with the help of few important people and further expanded the business with the help of her current business partners.
Nawaz Peerbux, Director of Uncut graduated with honours in international business with French at Derby University. Born and raised in the UK he started his first construction company, in 2004 in the West Midlands which later crossed the oceans into Mauritius.
His persistent thirst for new challenges and exciting business ventures brought him to the doors of Uncut where he has been a key player in the restructuring and branding of this dynamic company.
Marketing has been a requisite for his international success and has been ubiquitous throughout his journey… Having worked in Dubai, Indonesia, UK, and Mauritius, he stands firms that a good business model needs the support of effective marketing to become a successful business. This is the campaign which he conveys through Uncut.
